Lilian Khattar - Founder and President

As a full-time Real Estate Broker, Lilian Khattar specializes in the sales and marketing of residential, commercial and income-producing properties. The main geographical area of focus has been the Chicago Metropolitan and outlying areas. Lilian possesses over 21 years of sales, marketing and customer relations experience with a decade specifically focused on Real Estate transactions. Lilian makes it a top priority to deliver the highest customer service standards to sellers, buyers and investors. This is accomplished through a stern devotion for results. Recognizing the individual needs of her clients, knowledge of the distinctive Chicago land area, and providing proactive consistent solutions.

Jared M. Dunn, a creative processor and technical integrator of theory and practice, helps business achieve tangible progress and innovation on their most important problems and opportunities. Shortly after moving to Chicago, Jared entered the local Real Estate industry as an agent with Dream Town Realty. Jared was recognized in his first year of Real Estate as CAR’S (Chicago Association of Realtor’s) Top Producing 1st Year Agent, starting in the industry in the difficult year of 2008.

Jared recognized the demand for more agents to get involved with bank owned properties to help the city’s economy rebuild. He partnered with Home Watch Chicago to integrate their established property Management brand with the demand for professional REO Asset Management Companies. “HWC offers a complete managing approach, instead of just a lockbox for your asset.”

Jared holds a BS in Marketing and Psychology from the University of Florida. Prior in his career in Real Estate,
Jared was in corporate sales and sales marketing for over a decade.
